Getting Started

O'Malley is a custom home builder. Every client has the final decision on all aspects of their new home. O'Malley Construction will make suggestions throughout the process. As long as the choices are within code regulations the client has the final word.

Process

1. Clients should meet with their lender to acquire their building price
   *Our office has access to a reliable lender
2. Client can pick a plan at our office or can have their dreams drawn specifically for them
   *Our office has access to reliable design groups
3. We will meet with client again before the final draft of the plan. This is a good time to confirm code regulations and to give a solid bid to clients for construction
4. After contracts and specifications are agreed and bank is satisfied, O'Malley Construction will work closely with the homeowner on the construction of their dream
